AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF'THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 3 -9 of Chapter 3 of the Municipal Code of
ONE: the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, .is hereby
further amended by striking said Section in.its entirety
and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"Sec. 3 -9. Number of Licenses.
There shall be issued in the Village no more than:
Class
A
Four (4)
Class
B
None(0)
Class
C
Two (2)
Class
D
One (1)
Class
D -1
One (1)
Class
E
Four (4)
Class
F
None (0)
licenses to be in effect at one time."
SECTION That the Village Clerk.is hereby directed to publish this
TWO: ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance-shall be in full force and effect from
FOUR: and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
