O-76-58tv ORDINANCE NO. 0 -76- 58 ABATEMENT OF SEWAGE TREATMENT FACILITIES BOND TAX FOR 1976 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the County Clerk of Lake County and'the County ONE: Clerk of Cook County are hereby authorized and directed to abate $167,125.00 of the tax of $167,125.00 heretofore provided for and levied in the Ordinance (No. 0- 73 -32) providing for the issuance of Sewage Treatment Facilities Bonds of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, passed May 21, 1973, a copy of which is filed with the County Clerks:, SECTION That the Village of Deerfield has on.hand sufficient funds TWO: from bond proceeds and interest thereon to pay $167,125.00 of the total tax levied by the above- described Ordinance for the fiscal year commencing May 1, 1976, therefore, no tax levy is necessary. SECTION That the.Village Clerk is hereby directed to file certified THREE: copies of this Ordinance with the County Clerks of Lake and Cook Counties. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from FOUR: and after its passage and approval as provided by law. AYES: Gavin, Marty, Seidman, Stiehr; Swanson (5) NAYS: None (0).
