AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.202 OF ARTICLE II
OF CHAPTER 18 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1963
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 18.202 of Article II of Chapter 18
ONE: of the Municipal Code of the Village of Deer-
field of 1963, as amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended by adding to said Section the following:
"If the bill for residential waste collection is not
paid by the first day of the month following the billing
period for which it is rendered, an additional loo shall
be paid as a service charge for said late payment."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
THREE: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication, as provided by law.
