AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.511 OF ARTICLE V OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.511 of Article V of Chapter 20
ONE: of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as
amended by Ordinance No. 76 -28, be and the same
is hereby further amended by striking the following:
On the east and west sides of Forest. Avenue between the
hours of 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 Noon between Deerfield
Road on the south and Hazel Avenue on the north.
and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
On the east side of Forest Avenue between the hours of
10:00 A.M. and 12:00 Noon between Deerfield Road on
the south and Hazel Avenue on the north.
and
On the west side of Forest Avenue.between the hours of
10:00 A.M. and 12 :00 Noon between Deerfield Road on
the south and a point 75 feet south of the intersection
of Hazel Avenue and Forest Avenue on the north.
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to
TWO: be posted an appropriate sign or signs indicating
that parking is prohibited'at the times and in
the area designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con -
THREE: flict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict,
hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
FOUR: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.

SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FIVE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
