AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.510 OF ARTICLE V OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE. OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.510 of Article V of Chapter 20
ONE: of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding to
the list of locations where the standing and parking of vehicles
is limited as follows:
On the west side of Forest Avenue between Hazel Avenue
on the north and a point 75 feet south of the intersection
of Forest Avenue and Hazel Avenue on the south, parking
is limited to two hours between the hours of 8:00 A.M.
and 4:30 P.M.
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to
TWO: be posted an appropriate sign or signs indicating
that parking is limited to two hours between the
times and in the area designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con -
THREE: flict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict,
hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
FOUR: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FIVE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
