ORDINANCE NO. 0 -76- 42
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD,
LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield,
pursuant to proper notice, has held a public hearing upon the
request of the holder of record title of certain property to
rezone and reclassify said property, which is hereafter described,
from.the R -2 One- Family District to the R -1 One - Family District;
and
WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has recommended that the
President and Board of Trustees amend the Zoning Map to the
Zoning Ordinance of the Village so as to rezone and reclassify
the said property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield
ONE: included and made a part of the Village of
Deerfield Zoning Ordinance, passed May 4, 1953,
as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning and reclassi-
fying the following described property-from the R -2 One- Family
District to the R -1 One - Family District:
The West 100 feet of the North 100 feet of Lot 3 in
Hastings Subdivision, being a subdivision of part of
the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 of Section 32, Township 43 North, Range 12, East
of the Third Principal Meridian, in Lake County, Illinois.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and

as provided by law.
