AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1963
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION: That Section 15.008 of Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code
ONE: of the Village of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, is hereby
further amended by deleting from the enumeration of license
classes contained therein the following:
"Class E. Licenses for the sale at retail of wine and beer
in the original package and not to be consumed on the premises.
The annual fee for a Class E license shall be $500.00.
SECTION That Section 15.009 of Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code
TWO: of the Village of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, is hereby
further amended by striking said Section in its entirety
and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
Section 15.009 Number of Licenses.)
There shall be issued in the Village no more than two (2) Class
A Licenses; no more than three (3) Class B Licenses; no more
than one (1) Class C License; and no more than three (3) Class
D Licenses to be in effect at one time.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
FOUR: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FIVE: and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
