AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.904E OF
CHAPTER 8 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 8.904E of Chapter 8 of the Municipal Code of
ONE: the Village of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, be and is
hereby further amended by striking said Section 8.904E
in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"To consider and make recommendations to the corporate
authorities with respect to the approval or disapproval
of preliminary and final plats of subdivision and resub-
division, and to include in said recommendations the
approval or disapproval of variations of up to 10% from
existing Zoning Ordinance requirements with respect to
minimum lot area, yard requirements and minimum lot width
and depth."
SECTION That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
TWO: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE: from and after its passage and approval as provided by
law.
