AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.204
OF ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 20
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.204 of Article II of Chapter 20 of
ONE: the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended by adding
to the list of the locations where Yield Right -of -Way signs shall be
erected, the following:
Gordon Terrace at Birchwood Avenue
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be
" TWO: posted an appropriate sign or signs indicating the
duty to yield the right -of -way at the location desig-
nated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
THREE: this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
FOUR: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FIVE: from and after its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
