AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION XVI,D OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That. Section XVI,D of the Zoning Ordinance of the
ONE: Village of Deerfield, as amended, be and the same
is hereby further amended by striking said Section
in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof, the following:
"D. Existing Uses. Whenever the existing use of a building
or structure shall hereafter be changed to a new use, off
street parking or loading facilities shall be provided as
required for such new use. However, if said building or.
structure was both erected prior to the effective date of
January 3, 1967, and it also is located within the Central
Business District as defined in Section XIII,A of the Zoning
Ordinance, additional off street parking or loading facilities
are mandatory only in the event the floor area of the building
or structure is increased, and then only to the extent required
by the additional space."
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
TWO: conflict herewith are to the extent of such
conflict hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
