AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND
TO THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a certain Annexation Agreement entered into by
and between the Village of Deerfield and Karl Pantle, James DiPietro,
First National Bank of Lake Forest, as Trustee under Trust No. 3594,
American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, as Trustee under
Trust No. 32388, John Muno, Elizabeth Muno, Chicago Title and Trust
Company, as Trustee under Trust No. 62788, First National Bank and Trust
Company of Evanston, as Trustee under Trust No. R -1593, the First
National Bank of Albany Park, as Trustee under Trust No. 11 -1926 and
Salvatore C. Buccola, a written Petition for Annexation under oath, by
the owners of record and electors residing in certain territory hereinafter
described, has been filed with the Village Clerk requesting that said
territory be annexed to the Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, said territory is not within the corporate limits of any
municipality but is contiguous to the Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, said territory is within the corporate limits of the
Northbrook Rural Fire Protection District and more than ten days prior
to any action being taken with respect to the Petition to Annex said terri-
tory, the Trustees of said District were notified in writing of the filing
of said Petition to Annex by certified mail.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That all the territory described on Exhibit "A" attached
ONE: hereto and made a part hereof and the full rights -of -way
of all included and adjoining streets and highways as
shown on an accurate map of such territory which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as Exhibit "B ", be and the same is hereby annexed to the Village of
Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois.
SECTION That the Village Clerk of the Village of Deerfield is
TWO: hereby directed to file in the office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois, being the County in
which said annexed territory is situated, a copy of this Ordinance,
together with an accurate map of the territory hereby annexed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk of the Village of Deerfield is
THREE: further directed to file an Affidavit of service of
notice on the Trustees of the Northbrook Rural Fire
Protection District, as provided by law.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in.full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its.passage and approval and when a copy
thereof with-an accurate map.is recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds, Cook County, Illinois, and thereupon said
territory shall be subject to the jurisdiction and ordinances of the
Village of Deerfield, Illinois.

at the Southwest corner of said Lot 9; thence North 89 °- 56' -31"

feet to the point of beginning for said parcel; thence North
