AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL USE
EDWARD TANIELIAN AND MASONIC LODGE ASSOCIATION
MULTI - PURPOSE USE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has heretofore
held a public hearing on the application of EDWARD TANIELIAN and MASONIC LODGE
ASSOCIATION, to.authorize'the use and occupancy of certain.real estate commonly
known as 711 Waukegan Road, Deerfield, Illinois, and hereinafter described, for
multiple principal uses consisting of a shoe repair shop and a fraternal organi-
zation as a special use under and pursuant to the provisions of Sections
XIII,D,3,k; XIII,D,4; XIII,B,7; XIII,D15; and XXIII of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was held .pursuant to duly published notice
thereof and was in all respects held .according to law; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield, after
considering the evidence adduced, made written findings of fact including
express affirmative findings of compliance with the provisions of Sections
XIII,D,S, and XXIII,B,3 of the Village Zoning Ordinance and recommended that
said special use of said real estate be approved and :authorized subject to
certain conditions and restrictions hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the findings and recommendation of the Plan Commission
ONE: are concurred in and adopted as the findings of the'President
and Board of Trustees and the special use of the-real estate
legally described as follows:
All that part of Lot 8 in Owner's first .addition in-Deerfield,
being a. subdivision of part of the north 1/2 of SEction.33,
Township .43 North, Range 12 East of the.Third Principal.Meidian,
according to the plat thereof recorded September 25, 1915, as
document 161061, in book "J" of plats, on pages 46 and 47,.described
as follows: beginning at a point in.the'center'of Lincoln Avenue,
said point being North 31 .degrees 10 minutes.west•50.feet from the
junction of said center line of Lincoln Avenue with.the south line
of the aforesaid lot 8 extended; thence north .63 degrees 48 minutes
east 326.67 .feet to-the east line of said lot 8, 70 feet, thence
south 69 degrees 24 minutes west 364.67 feet to the center line
of said Lincoln Avenue, thence south 31.degrees 10 minutes each

shop and a fraternal organization, be and the same is hereby authorized
and approved.
SECTION That the approval and authorization of said

that all use, construction and development shall be in
accordance with all plans and representations submitted and made by Applicant
to the Plan Commission and President and Board of Trustees and is subject to
compliance by Applicant with all other applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance
and all other applicable ordinances of the Village of Deerfield, except that the
present provisions for parking on the subject premises are accepted as meeting
the requirements set forth in Section XVI,F,ll,e of the Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION That the approval and authorization of said special

this Ordinance shall be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois, and all fees for such recordation
and expenses incurred therefor shall be paid by the Applicant.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
FOUR: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FIVE: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
