AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION XXIII,B,2,e
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section XXIII,B,2,e of the Zoning Ordinance
ONE: of the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953,
as amended be and the same is hereby further
amended by adding at the end thereof, the following:
"All Ordinances approving and authorizing Special Uses
in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance
shall be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
of the County in which the subject property of such
Special Use is situated and all fees for such recordation
and expenses incurred therefor, shall be paid by the
applicant for such Special Use."
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
TWO: conflict herewith are,, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
THREE: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
