A" RESOLUTI'ON'ACCEPTING STORM "SEWER EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield have heretofore determined it to be in the
best interest of the Village to improve the Village storm sewer
system by constructing and installing a storm sewer from a point
near the intersection of the Illinois Tri -State Toll Highway
and'We -go Trail extended,easterly to the existing Village storm
sewer in Wilmot Road;.and
WHEREAS, United Conveyor Corporation, Jack H. and Joan E.
Grossman, M. Jay and Joyce 0. Turner and Donald M. Basler, being
the owners of the lands through which said storm sewer is proposed '
to be constructed, have executed the attached Plat of Easement
granting.an easement to the Village across their respective properties'-.
for purposes of constructing and installing said storm.sewer, and
said Grants of Easement are now before this Board for acceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD' that the Grants of Easement
as set forth and described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a �
part hereof, .be and the same are hereby accepted, and the Village`
Clerk', is hereby-.di- rected to record said Plat in the office of-the',
Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinoirs.
