AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS XXIII,A,2,b, XXIII,B,2,b
AND VI- B -E OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION
ONE: That Sections XXIII,A,2,b, XXIII,B, 2,b and
VI,B(E) of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Deerfield, as amended, be and the
same are hereby further amended by striking
the final sentence of each of said Sections
and substituting in lieu thereof in each
case, the following:
Applications must be accompanied by payment
of a Public Hearing fee in the amount of
Seventy -five ($75.00) Dollars.
SECTION
TWO: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are to the extent of
such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION
THREE: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION
FOUR: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
