AN ORDINANCE MEMING SECTION 2.113 OF
CHAPTER 2 'OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE 'OF 'DEERFIEL,D
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK (AUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 2.113 of Chapter 2 of the Municipal Code of
ONE: Deerfield of 1963, as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended by striking the period at the end of
said Section and adding the following thereto:
; provided, further, that the requirement of said notice
may be waived with the unanimous consent of the President
and all of the remaining Trustees.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
TWO: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
THREE: and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
