AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23 OF
THE DEERFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 23.304 of Article III of Chapter 23
ONE: of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by striking the rate table contained therein in its entirety and substi-
tuting in lieu thereof the following rate table:
Water Rate Per Month
$.63 per 100 Cubic Feet
SECTION That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
TWO: herewith, are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION . That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
THREE: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
