ORDINANCE NO. 0 -74- 34 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.106 OF ARTICLE I OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE DEERFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That Section 22.106 of Article I of Chapter 22 ONE: of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking said Section in`.its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following: 22.106. Fees.) No permit or amendment thereto shall be issued without the fee being paid. The schedule shall be as follows: A. Residential and Multiple Family Dwellings Type Construction and Fee per Square Foot Area Outside dimensions shall be used to the nearest one - quarter of a foot. Any other specific type of construction not itemized shall be computed on an estimated cost by the Building Commission and cost of fee using the alteration and repair schedule of fees. *B. Commercial Buildings One -story $.07 Additional Stories .042 Basement & Crawl space .042 *Special types of construction shall be computed on an estimate of cost by the Building Commissioner and cost of Permit fees shall be based on the alteration and repair schedule of fees. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
