AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.105,a OF
CHAPTER 9 OF THE: MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Number 24 of Section 9.105,a of Chapter 9
ONE: of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963; as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking said
Number 24 in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the
following:
