BE .IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE .OF DEERFIELD, LAKE .'AND COOK .COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 14.101 of Chapter. 14 of the Municipal
ONE:: Code of Deerfield of 1963; as amended, be .and the
same is here -by . further. amended by deleting said Section in its. entirety
and'substi.tuting in lieu thereof. the'.following:
14.101 Definition.) The 'term "food dealer." as
used in this chapter shall be .construed to: mean

engaged in the sale .of food or beverage :(.other.
than intoxicating liquor) intended.for human
