AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24.1100 OF
CHAPTER :2.4 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 24.1100 of Chapter 24 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended by adding at the end
thereof, the following:
Provided that, in addition to the foregoing
charge and for the purpose'of providing for
major maintenance and repair to the Village
sewer system, a special annual charge of
Four ($4.00) Dollars shall be assessed for
the usage period commencing January 1, 1974,
to and including TUAIr- 30 , 1975, against
each user of the Village sewage system, as
determined by water meter registration. Said
special charge shall be i&���� tDeleted by Board
=be payable quarterly, together with 1/21/74
water and other sewer charges.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
THREE: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
