AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.501
OF ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE .IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.501 of Article V of Chapter 20 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended,'be
and the same is hereby further amended by adding to the
list of locations where the standing and parking of vehicles is prohibited at any
time, as set forth in said Section, the following:
On both sides of Petersen Lane from its point of origin to Deerfield Road.
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be
TWO: posted an appropriate sign or signs indicating that parking
is prohibited at any time in the areas designated in
Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
FOUR: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FIVE: from and after its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
