AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.312 OF
CHAPTER 20 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, .LAKE`AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.312 of Chapter 20 of the Municipal
ONE: Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended by adding the following:
"It shall be unlawful for vehicles northbound on Rosemary
Terrace to turn left onto Orchard Street or Westgate Road
between the hours of 7:00 A.M.0 and 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.
and 6:00 P.M. on weekdays."
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
TWO: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
THREE: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
