AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FROM THE
PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 812 DEERFIELD ROAD, DEERFIELD
WHEREAS, the Illinois Bell Telphone Company has petitioned for a
variation from the strict provisions of Paragraph 3 of Section V of
the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953,
as amended, to permit the erection on the premises commonly known as
812.Deerfield Road, Deerfield, of an antenna pole to a height not to
exceed one hundred - eighteen (118) feet; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published as required.by statute,
a public hearing on said petition was held and conducted by the Board
of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Appeals has filed with the President
and Board of Trustees its written findings of fact and recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES; ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the findings of fact and recommendation of the
ONE: Board of Zoning Appeals;a're hereby concurred in and
adopted as the findings of fact of the President and
Board of Trustees.
SECTION That there are practical difficulties and particular
TWO: hardships in the way of carrying out the strict letter
of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Deerfield as applied to Petitioner's property which is legally
described as follows:
The west 150 feet of the east 210 feet of the
South .233 feet of the Southeast quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 43
North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in the Village of Deerfield, Lake
County, Illinois
SECTION That a variation from the strict provisions of
THREE: Paragraph 3 of Section V of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953, as amended,
with respect to the property hereinabove described is hereby granted
so as to permit the erection on said property of an antenna pole to a
height not to exceed one hundred - eighteen (118) feet.

SECTION That the variation hereby granted is subject to the
FOUR: condition that there be no attachments or additions
to the antenna other than those described by.Petitioner
and that there be compliance by the Petitioner with all other applicable
ordinances of the Village.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FIVE: from and after its passage and approval, as provided
by law.
