BE . IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND . BOARD OF TRUSTEES . OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 8.805(c) of Chapter 8 of the Municipal
ONE: Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended,.be and the same is
hereby further amended by.striking the final
sentence thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
In .every case where a notice of appeal is filed,it
shall be.accanpanied with the payment of a fee in the
amount of $75.00 by the person appealing.
SECTION That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
TWO: herewith are to the extent of.such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION . That this Ordinance shall -be in .full force and effect .
FOUR: fran and after its passage, approval and .publication as
provided by law.
