AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION XXIV, ENTITLED "FEES"
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK UOUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the second paragraph of Section XXIV of the
ONE: Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, entitled
"Fees,' as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended by striking said Section in its entirety and substituting in
lieu thereof the following:
The Fees provided for in Section XXIV of the Zoning
Ordinance shall be as follows:
For an application for a variation from the terms
of the Zoning Ordinance, or an appeal from a decision
of the Zoning Enforcement Officer involving an
interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance, and for an
application to amend the Zoning Ordinance, the fee
shall be $75.00.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
TWO: herewith are to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to .publish
THREE: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: frcen and after its passage, approval` and publication as
provided by law.
