AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE
'ZONING ;ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield,
pursuant to proper notice, has held a public hearing upon the
request of the owner of certain property to rezone and reclassify
said property, which is hereinafter described, from the R -3'
One- Family District to the R -2 One- Family District under the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published
notice thereof and was in all respects held according to law; and
WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has recommended that
the President and Board of Trustees amend the Zoning Map of the
Zoning Ordinance of the Village so as to rezone and reclassify
the said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield
ONE: included and made a part of the Village of
Deerfield Zoning Ordinance, passed May 4, 1953, as amended, is
hereby further amended by rezoning and reclassifying the following
described property from the R -3 One - Family District to the R -2
One - Family District:
North 242 feet of South 292 feet of West 521
feet of the West half of the Southeast quarter
of Section 32, Township 43 North, Range 12,
East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, Village of
Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
THREE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
