AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II OF
CHAPTER 20: OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTI :ON That Article II of Chapter 20 of the Municipal
ONE:- Code 'of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended by adding a new Section 20.205(A)
as follows:
20.205(A) Entrance and Exit.)
No vehicle shall enter the Milwaukee Railroad Depot
premises from Chestnut Street except at the southern-
most driveway and no vehicle shall exit from the
Milwaukee Railroad Depot premises onto Chestnut Street
except at the northernmost driveway.
'SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
TWO: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE:. publish this brdinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
