AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION VI- B,D,3,b OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section VI- B,D,3,b of the Zoning Ordinance
ONE: of the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding the
following at the end'thereof:
Impose as a condition of approval, that the owner(s)
shall deposit in escrow an amount equal to his or
their proportionate share(b) of the estimated costs
of public improvements for.future streets provided
for in such planned development or give other security
for payment of such costs acceptable to the Board of
Trustees and if the Board of Trustees shall require,
record said planned development ordinance approving
the planned development at the owner(s) expense. Owner(s)
shall comply with the foregoing conditions, if imposed,
upon the occurrence of the earlier of the following
events.
1. The issuance of a building permit(s) for,
for any part of the planned development;
or
2. The development of neighboring property
in such a manner as to require the installation
of the street improvements included in the
planned development.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
TWO: conflict here with are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
