BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
•SE•CTION That Section 2.4.1100 of Chapter 24 of the
"ONE: Municipal Code of'Deerfield of 1963, as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended by striking said Section
in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
24.1100 Rates.) The charge for the use and .service
of the -sewer .age system of the Village shall be based
on the amount of water supplied to the premises from
the municipal water system as shown by the water
meter reading for such premises for each water bil-
ling period and said charge is hereby established
as thirty .(30) cents for each 100 cubic feet of
water supplied. (The rate hereby established shall
be :utilized in computing sew:err service charges
commencing December 1, 197:3.)
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
THREE:• conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby re.peale.d.
SECTION• That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
