AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.501 OF ARTICLE V OF
CHAPTER ;2:a OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.501 of Article V of Chapter 20
ONE: of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding to
the list of locations where the standing and parking of vehicles is
prohibited at any time, as set forth in said Section, the following:
North side of Deerfield Road from its intersection
with Waukegan Road, easterly to its intersection
with Rosemary Terrace.
SECTION' That the Village Manager shall post or cause to
TWO: be posted, an appropriate sign or signs indica-
ting that parking is prohibited at any time in the area designated
in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
"FOUR:' conflict-herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FIVE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
