AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER. 15 OF .THE..
MUN'ICI'PAL 'CO'DE, OF THE VILLAGE OF: DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
'S'E'CTION That Section 15.009 of Chapter 15 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking
said Section in.its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the
following:
15.009 Number of Licenses'.)
There shall be issued in the Village no more than
two (2) Class A licenses; no more than three .(3)
Class B licenses; no more than one (1) Class C
license; and no' more than three (3) Class D
licenses to be in ef.fect.at one time.
'S'ECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO:. publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
- TH-REE: conflict herewith'are,. to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and af.ter.its passage, approval and
publication.as provided by law.
