ABATEMENT OF PORTION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT FACILITIES

:BOND -TAX FOR 1973
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the County Clerk of Lake County and the
ONE:. County Clerk of Cook County are hereby authorized
and directed to abate $130,270.59 of the tax of $194,600.00 hereto-
fore provided for and levied in the Ordinance providing for the
issuance of Two Million ($2,000,000) Dollars Sewage Treatment Facilities
Bonds of the Village of Deerfield,,Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois,
passed May 21, 1973, a copy of which is filed with the County Clerks.
SECTION That the Village of Deerfield has on hand
TWO: sufficient funds to pay $130,27.0.59 of the total
tax levied by the above- described Ordinance for the fiscal year com-
mencing May 1, 1973, therefore, a levy of a tax of only $64,329.41 is
necessary.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to file
THREE:• certified copies of this Ordinance with the
County Clerks of Lake and Cook Counties.
SECTION. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage and approval
as provided by law.
