ABATEMENT OF PORTION OF SEWER IMPROVEMENT
BOND TAX FOR 1973.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELDt LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES9 ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the County Clerk of Lake County and the
ONE: County Clerk of Cook County are hereby authorized
and directed to abate $5,521.63 of the tax of
$101,620.00 heretofore provided for and levied in the Ordinance provid-
ing for the issuance of One Million Eighty Thousand ($1,0$0,000)'
Dollarg Sewer Improvement Bonds of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and
Cook Counties, Illinois, passed January 19, 1978, a copy of which
is filed with the County Clerks. �� �y 7-1
SECTION That the Village of ,Deerfield has on hand
TWO: sufficient funds to pay $5,521.63 of the total
tax levied by the above — described Ordinance
for the fiscal year commencing May 1, 1973, therefore, a levy of
only $99,09$.37 is necessary.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE: file certified copies of this Ordinance with
the County Clerks of Lake and Cook Counties.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force
FOUR: and effect from and after its passage and
approval as provided by law.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the County Clerk of Lake County and the County Clerk of
ONE: Cook County are hereby authorized and directed to abate
$5,521.63 of the tax of $104,620.00 heretofore provided for
and levied in the Ordinance providing for the issuance of One Million Eighty
Thousand ($1,080,000) Dollars Sewer Improvement Bonds of the Village of Deerfield,
Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, passed May 21, 1973, a copy of which is filed
with the County Clerks.
SECTION That the Village of Deerfield has on hand sufficient funds to
TWO: pay $5,521.63 of the total tax levied by the above - described
Ordinance for the fiscal year commencing May 1, 1973, therefore,
a levy of only $99,098.37 is necessary.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to file certified
THREE: copies of this Ordinance with the County Clerks of Lake and
Cook Counties..,
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage and approval as provided by law.
