AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.501
OF ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.501 of Article V�of Chapter 20
ONE: of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding to the
list of locations where the standing and parking of vehicles is
prohibited at any time, as set forth in said Section, the following:
On both sides of Jewett Park Drive from Petersen
Lane to Park Avenue.
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to
TWO: be posted an appropriate sign or signs indicating
that parking is prohibited at any time in the•areas designated in
Section One hereof.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts. of ordinances in
THREE: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby -repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
FOUR: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FIVE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
