RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SCAVENGER RATES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the maximum fees for garbage, refuse and garden
ONE: waste collection and removal service in accordance
with the provisions of Article 7 of Chapter 17 of the
Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, commencing December 1,
1973, are hereby established as follows;
A. Once - per -week service - $4.43 per month
B. Twice- per -week service - $6.63 per month
AYES: Brust, Gavin, Kelm, Moses, Stiehr (5)
NAYS: N6ne (0)
ABSENT:Neuman (1)
