AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE CONNECTION.-OF-SANITARY
OR 'INDUSTRIAL WASTE SEWERS TO STORM- WATER :DRAINAGE' :SYSTEMS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD,' LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
'SECTION That it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
ONE: corporation to connect or cause to be connected,
any drain carrying, or to carry, any toilet, sink, basement, septic
tank, cesspool, industrial waste, or any fixture'or device discharg-
ing polluting substances, to any storm drain or sewer constructed
relative to the improvement of Lake -Cook Road (Sanders- Waukegan -East,
Section: 101A -0102, 101 - 0101.3; 101 - 0103 -MFT). ..
SECTION That any person, firm or corporation violating this
TWO: Ordinance shall be fined not less than Five ($5.00)
Dollars per day nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars per day
for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for
each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
