AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS XXIII,A -2 -b,
XXIII,B,2,b AND VI,B, (E)- OF THE--ZONING.

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield,
pursuant to proper notice, has held a public hearing upon the sub-
ject matter of a certain amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has recommended that the
Corporate Authorities amend said Zoning Ordinance'as hereinafter
provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
'SECTION That Sections XXIII,A,2,b, XXIII,B,2,b and
ONE: VI,B,(E) of the Zoning Ordinance of Deerfield
passed May 4, 1953, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
the following at the end of said Sections:
Application must be accompanied by Payment of
Public Hearing fee in the amount of Fifty
($50) Dollars.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
TWO: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION
THREE:
as provided by law.
