AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ENCROACHMENTS
ON LAKE -COOK ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or

retain or cause to be retained, any building, fence, sign or any
other structure, object, or encroachment of any kind (with the
exception of utilities and public road signs) within the limits
of the roadway right -of -way of Lake -Cook Road (also known as County
Line Road) within the corporate limits of the Village of Deerfield,
and including herein the area of said Lake -Cook Road to be improved
in accordance with a joint participation agreement between the
County of Cook and the Village of Deerfield designated Lake -Cook
Road (Sanders Road - Phingsten Road - Waukegan Road /Section 101M102,
101 - 0101.03 MFT; Waukegan Road -Edens Expressway /Section 101 -0103
MFT) .
