RESOLUTION NO. R -72 -23
WHEREAS House Bill 2116, passed by the Illinois 76th General
Assembly, authorizes certain governmental units to purchase personal
property and supplies jointly, to include the State of Illinois:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that said
Board of Trustees does hereby agree on a voluntary basis to enter into
a joint governmental purchasing program with the State of Illinois;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Treasurer be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf on said Village of
Deerfield all necessary forms, applications, requisitions and other
documents relating to this program.
