AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE'OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 15.009 of Chapter 15 of the Municipal
ONE: Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, is hereby
further amended by striking said Section in its entirety and substi-
tuting in lieu thereof the following:
"15.009 Number Licenses.)
"There shall be issued in the Village no more than one
(1) Class A license; no more than three (3) Class B
licenses; no more than one (1) Class C license; and
no more than two (2) Class D licenses to be in effect
at one time."
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
TWO: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, ie eby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
