AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.202 OF
CHAPTER 20. OF .THE..MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Subsection (b) of Section 20.202, entitled
ONE: "One -Way Streets or Alleys," of Chapter 20 of the
Municipal ode of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended by adding the following at the end thereof:
"EASTBOUND
"1. Public alley extending easterly from Waukegan Road
and lying approximately 150 feet south of and parallel
to Deerfield Road."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
THREE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publicatioT as provided by law..
