AN ORDINANCE - -AMENDING - SECTION..2.211. OF .
ARTICLE •IT OF :CHAPTER I OF; THE MUNICIPAL CODE *OF: DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 2.211 of Article II of Chapter 2 of
ONE: the Municipal Code'of Deerfield of 1963; as amended,
is hereby urther amended by striking the'last sentence'of said
Section, which sentence reads as follows:
"No person other than the President and Trustees
shall be present at any committee meeting,
except with the consent of 'a majority of the
committee."
SECTION That all ordinances or,parts of ordinances in conflict
TWO: herewith are, to-the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE: from and after its passage and approval, as provided
by law.
