AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FROM THE
PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE WITH
RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY..LOCATED..AT ...
817 'DEERFIELD ROAD, DEERFIELD,' !ILLINOI-S
WHEREAS, FRANKEN BROS.., INC. and VILLAGE HARDWARE, INC.'
have petitioned for variations from the strict provisions of the
Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953,
as amended; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published, as required
by statute, a public hearing -on said Petition was held and con -
ducted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Deerfield;
and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has filed with the
President and Board of Trustees its written findings of fact and
recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
'SE'CTI'ON That the findings of fact and recommendations
ONE: of the Zoning Board of Appeals are hereby con-
curred in and adopted as the findings of fact of the President and
Board of Trustees.
SECTION That there are practical difficulties and
TWO: particular hardship in the way of carrying out
the strict letter of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Deerfield, as applied to Petitioner's property which is
legally described as follows:
Lot 8 in the East 1/2 of Lot 9 in Bleimehl's
Subdivision in Sections 32 and 33, Township 43
North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal
Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded
October 7, 1909, as Document 124960 in Book H of
Plats, page 45, in Lake County, Illinois
SECTION That variations from the strict provisions of
THREE: Sections XIIT -B -3, XIII -G -2 and 3 of the
Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield with respect to the

property hereinabove described are hereby granted so as to permit
the outdoor retail sale of nursery and garden products at a location
within the required rear and side yards, all in accordance with
plans presented and filed with the Zoning Board of Appeals.
SECTION That the variations hereby granted are
FOUR: subject to compliance by Petitioner with all
other applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance -and all other
applicable ordinances of the Villageo-arrd- -snb-

SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and

as provided by law.
