AN ORDINANCE
OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS:
1. All parking will be prohibited along Waukegan Road (Ill. Rte. 43)
between Lake -Cook Road and I -94 (Edens Expressway).
2. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this
ordinance shall be fined not less than $3.00 nor more than $500.00
for each offense.
3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect 15 days from now
and after its passage, approval and publication as approved by law.

An ordinance prohibiting the connection of sanitary or industrial waste sewers to
• storm water drainage systems.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village
of _ 1) an_r f i e I d Illinois.
SECTION 1: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to connect or cause to be connected, any drain
carrying, or to carry, any toilet, sink, basement, septic
tank, cesspool, industrial waste, or any fixture or device
discharging polluting substances, to any storm drain or
sewer constructed relative to the improvement of Route 43,
Illinois Route 43 (South from Lake -Cook Road to I -94 [Edens
Expressway], State Section 3271 -W &RS, Village Section 32 -CS)".
SECTION 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating this
ordinance shall be fined not less than five, 5.00 )
p „may nor more than fiyphundred ($ 500.00 ) per
day for each offense, and a separate offense shall
be deemed committed for each and every day during which a
violation continues or exists.
