1.That the proposed improvement shall consist of Pavement patching,curb and gutter removal and replacement,
sidewalk removal and replacement,bituminous resurfacing,R/R and adjustment of structures,and parkway
restoration.
and shall be constructed wide
and be designated as Section 14-00096-00-PV
2.That there is hereby appropriated the (additional O Yes El No)sum of One million two hundred and fifty thousand
and 00/100 Dollars ($1,250,000 )for the
improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3.That work shall be done by Contract ;and,
Specify Contract or Day LaborBEITFURTHERRESOLVED,that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to thedistrictofficeoftheDepartmentofTransportation.
