O-90-52ORDINANCE NO. 0-90-52 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP Published in pamphlet form this 3rd day of December , 1990 by the President and Board of Trustees of Deerfield MM JKS01215A2112790/53 ORDINANCE NO. 0-90-52 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has heretofore held a public hearing upon the Petition of American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, as Trustee under the provisions of a Trust Agreement dated September 18, 1984, known as Trust No. 62258 and Deerfield -Saunders Joint Venture, an Illinois General Partnership, as owner of the beneficial interest herein (collectively the "Owner") and Deerfield -Saunders Joint Venture, an Illinois General Partnership as developer (the "Developer") for the classification of certain real estate located within the Village and hereinafter described in Exhibit A in the I-1 Office, Research, Restricted Industrial District, and upon submission of a final Plan as required by the Village Zoning Ordinance to authorize the development and use of said real estate as a Special Use -Industrial Planned Unit Development in accordance with the Second Amendment to Annexation Agreement and the Exhibits presented to the Plan Commission and the Board of Trustees; and WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice thereof and was in all respects held according to law; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield, after considering the evidence adduced, made written findings of fact recommending that the Zoning Map be amended to include the Subject Property in the I-1 Office, Research, Restricted Industrial District and as to the use of said real estate in accordance with the terms of said Second Amendment to Annexation Agreement and the Special Use -Industrial Planned Unit Development and Exhibits presented to the Plan Commission and the Board of Trustees; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield have determined that the best interests of the Village will be served by the classification of said real estate in the manner aforesaid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield ONE: included and made a part of the Village Zoning Ordinance passed April 17, 1978, as amended, is hereby further amended by zoning and classifying the property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, to the I-1 Office, Research, Restricted Industrial District. 2970988 3 ORDINANCE NO. 0-90-52 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
