AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.501
OF ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.501 of Article V of Chapter 20
ONE: of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as
amended, is hereby further amended by adding to the list of loca-
tions where the standing and parking of vehicles is prohibited at
any time as set forth in said Section the following:
On both sides of Hazel Avenue from its intersection
with Waukegan Road westerly to its intersection with
Wayne Avenue.
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to
TWO:- be posted an appropriate sign or signs indicating
that parking is prohibited at any time in the areas designated in
Section One hereof.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
THREE: conflict herewith, are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
FOUR: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
