AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
(Rosewood Avenue - Benson, Orchard, Heimbruch parcels)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield,
pursuant to proper notice, has held a public hearing upon the request
of the owners of certain properties to rezone and reclassify said
properties, which are hereafter described, from the R -3 Single -
Family District to the R -1 -B Single- Family District; and
WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has recommended that the
President and Board of Trustees amend the Zoning Map of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village so as to rezone and reclassify the said
properties as requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield
ONE: included and made a part of the Village of
Deerfield Zoning Ordinance, passed May 4, 1953, as amended, is
hereby further amended by rezoning and reclassifying the following
described properties from the R -3 Single - Family District to the
R -1 -B Single- Family District:
Parcel 1: The West 233 feet of the North 140 feet
of the South 170 feet of the Northwest
1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest
1/4 of Section 32, Township 43 North,
Range 12, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, Lake County, Illinois.
Parcel 2: The North 140 feet of the South 170 feet
of the West 200 feet of the East 430 feet
of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32,
Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the
Third Principal Meridian, Lake County,
Illinois.
Parcel 3: The West 170 feet of the East 230 feet of
the North 140 feet of the South 170 feet of
the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township
43 North, Range 12, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, Lake County, Illinois.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
THREE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
