AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.518
OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
SECTION That Section 20.518 of Chapter 20, entitled,
ONE: "Fire Lanes" of the Municipal Code of Deerfield
of 1963, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
adding to the list of locations designated as Fire Lanes, the
following:
"Deerbrook Shopping Center. A ten (10) foot wide
lane extending along the access drive on which
the several business establishments front as more
fully described in a certain agreement dated
June 16, 1969, by and between the Village of
Deerfield and Northwest National Bank of Chicago,
as Trustee under Trust No. 122.
"Deerfield Commons Shopping Center. A ten (10) foot
wide lane extending along the access drive on which
the several business establishments front as more
fully described in a certain agreement dated
June 26, 1969, by and between the Village of
Deerfield and American National Bank, as Trustee
under Trust No. 13009."
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be
TWO: posted an appropriate sign indi.cating that the
areas designated in Section One hereof as Fire_Lanes.:
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
THREE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
FOUR: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
